Returns & Refund Policy

At Tiny Beauty Creations, each piece is thoughtfully handmade or carefully prepared with attention and care. Because of the nature of our products, we ask that you review the policy below before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom engraved jewelry

  • Made-to-order or customized designs

  • DIY kits or opened DIY materials

  • Items marked as Final Sale

This policy helps us maintain quality and fairness for handmade creations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Please contact us first to confirm availability

  • Exchanges are subject to return eligibility and stock availability.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet entered production or preparation.

Once production or customization has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
