Many of our products are handmade, made in small batches, or made to order. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, slight variations in color, size, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of the creative process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. They do not constitute defects.

Product images are provided for reference only. Actual colors may vary depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

Personalized or custom-made items are created according to customer selections and specifications and may differ slightly from sample images shown on our website.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

Orders for personalized or custom-made items may not be cancelled once production has started, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Returns and exchanges are subject solely to our Returns & Refund Policy.

All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

All prices are listed in the currency shown on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless stated otherwise.
